We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team at West Lake Grill Heritage Ranch. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in our kitchen. Your attention to detail and knowledge of food safety practices will ensure that our customers receive high-quality meals.

Duties: - Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, such as chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and measuring ingredients - Follow recipes and cooking techniques to prepare dishes accurately and efficiently - Cook food items on the line during service hours
- Ensure that all food is prepared and stored according to food safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service - Assist with cleaning tasks, such as washing dishes and sanitizing work surfaces

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in the food industry or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety practices
- Familiarity with working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
