American Restaurant Service is looking to add a Field Service Manager to our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a core member of the operations team and in support to the Manager of Operations, the Field Service Manager will be performing a combination of the following duties:

- Ensure clients are provided with a high level of service through supervision and coordination of activities by Subcontractors and Field Service Supervisors.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all operational requests and customers concerns.
- Perform internal audits, prepare reports of findings, and maintain records of corrective actions.
- Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Follow up with cleaners /Subcontractors and Field Service Supervisors to ensure they are completing all required tasks and are in compliance with the Scope of Work for each facility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in written form with both internal and external reps at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Available to work flexible schedules
- late evenings, early mornings
- Experience in commercial cleaning, restaurant cleaning experience is a plus, capable of identifying deficiencies in cleaning service level during routine quality control audits.
- Ability to engage with customers and cleaners with different backgrounds.
- Flexibility to travel across Canada to meet with clients and subcontractors.

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
