We are a bright new member of the ATCO family and operate 4 lines of business under our umbrella: Rümi Home Services, ATCOenergy, Blue Flame Kitchen and Fresh Bites. Our business is growing faster than you can read this posting, and we’re looking for an outstanding Customer Happiness Advisor to support our customers within our unique Customer Contact Centre.

You’ll be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment. **The Role** This role focuses on interfacing with our customers to drive business growth and enhancing the Customer Experience by proactively engaging with our customers through outbound calls. These highly skilled team members have the freedom to make calls to clients to learn about and address their products or services needs on the ATCOenergy Line of Business. Our operations span 6 days a week and we’re looking for flexible team players to join us **On a daily basis you’ll** - Conduct outbound calls to customers to recommend services, drive business development or collect information. - Present service information and benefits to customers, addressing objections and highlighting unique selling points. - Cross-sell Rumi’s diverse range of services to ATCOenergy customers, encouraging them to take advantage of more of our offerings. - Execute some behind the scenes orchestration for an exceptional customer experience. - Build and nurture customer relationships through trust and credibility. **Who you are**: - You love the excitement of a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure. - You are a great listener, and you have the ability to make each customer feel special. - You are incredibly organized and detail-oriented, which is just what we like - You think quickly on your toes and trust your judgement. - You transform objections into golden opportunities for triumph. - You understand the environment we’re building here at Rümi and naturally bring that feel-good vibe with you to the office. **What you have**: - High School Diploma or equivalent is required - Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is preferred - Excellent command of the English language: Oral and written - Strong knowledge of PCs and strong keyboarding skills (min 40 wpm) - Available to work during hours of operation that span 7 days/week and flexible to move shifts **Why Join Rümi?** If you’re not yet convinced that working at Rümi could be the smartest decision you ever made, we also offer* - Competitive compensation, pension matching, and ATCO Employee Share Purchase Program.
