You’ll be selling and advising our bowling experience to both current and potential customers through incoming and outgoing calls. You’ll recognise their needs to generate additional sales and ensure they receive the best offers. As a Guest Contact Centre Advisor, you’ll need a confident and professional telephone manner and be motivated and enthusiastic to ensure you and your team are achieving and exceeding our targets. As a committed team player, you’ll be flexible and dedicated at all times and you’ll ensure the best customer service is delivered to each and every customer. Here’s what you can expect as part of the role … Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner Ensure every call is completed to the required standard Work towards achievement of KPI’s and sales targets Take a pro‑active approach to generating bookings, following up any leads or referrals Recognise customer needs to ensure that each customer receives the most up‑to‑date package offer Build and maintain a clean and accurate database of customer records Ensure every customer who books via the call centre receives confirmation of their booking Conduct regular proactive outbound calling using directories and other information sources to gain new contacts and consistently grow the Company’s database Ensure regular communication with both internal stakeholders Ensure that all available sales opportunities are maximised to achieve the sales targets Undertake any relevant training as requested Aim to always exceed customers’ expectations on every call The Who… The successful Guest Contact Centre Advisor will have: Confident and professional telephone manner Great relationship building skills Passionate about delivering excellent customer service Great communicator Previous sales call centre experience Motivated and enthusiastic Ability to work on own initiative Target‑driven Ability to problem‑solve Committed team player, flexible and adaptable About Splitsville Entertainment Splitsville Entertainment is Canada’s premier family entertainment centre Our modern facilities combine state‑of‑the‑art 10‑pin bowling, high‑quality casual dining, arcades, laser tag, and other entertainment options to make your visit a one‑of‑a‑kind experience.
