**Larry MacDonald Chevrolet Buick GMC** is a family owned, customer-focused automotive dealership committed to delivering exceptional service at every touch point. We’re looking for a motivated and organized **BDC/Service Coordinator** to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our service customers.

**Position Overview**

The BDC/Service Coordinator is responsible for handling inbound/outbound service calls, scheduling appointments, following up with customers, and helping ensure a smooth and positive service experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments promptly and accurately
- Make outbound calls for service reminders, follow-ups, and declined service outreach
- Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a knowledgeable point of contact
- Confirm appointments and ensure customers have the necessary details before arrival
- Update customer profiles and appointment details in the CRM/DMS
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and management about scheduling needs
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly BDC goals and performance metrics
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

**Qualifications**
- Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and scheduling tools
- Positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team setting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
