Knowledge in all aspects of Criminal Law and PC Law/ LEAP, are an asset. Immigration Law experience would be a bonus. However, Assistants and Paralegals from all areas of law are encouraged to apply. There is a postal strike. Fedex and Sierra Courier say they don't do pre-paid envelopes. Immigration is sticky about following their instructions. Client needs the passport processed quickly (WPG to OTT and back). Its Friday at 4pm: 2) Draft a letter from this memo from a lawyer: John Creton has to pay another $400 by the end of the week or we have to stop working for him. He never brought me the letters he said last week and the sentencing of December 4 is probably going to have to be cancelled. Get hold of him at work but don't embarrass him. I quoted him $1000 for court but if its delayed again that will be extra.
