Our instructors bring years of international teaching experience and hold certifications such as IB teaching licenses, IELTS examiner qualifications, and TESOL certificates.
We are currently seeking a **Front Desk Receptionist** to join our Richmond location. This is a key customer-facing role ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, bilingual, and passionate about helping students and families.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide basic information about our programs
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with teachers and staff
- Maintain accurate student records and administrative documents
- Assist with classroom logistics and daily office operations
- Support with basic promotional tasks on platforms like WeChat and Xiaohongshu (Rednote)
- Help monitor and follow up on student or parent feedback
**Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills in **both English and Mandarin**:
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Familiarity with the Canadian K-12 education system or overseas education is a plus
- Patient, friendly, and highly organized
- Comfortable using social media and messaging platforms like WeChat, Rednote, etc.
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
