**Bilingual Inventory Control Specialist (French & English)**

We are currently seeking a qualified **Inventory Control Specialist** to join our team. The **Inventory Control Specialist** will manage non-compliant parts, ensure ERP transaction integrity, and collaborate with purchasing, planning, and store departments.

**Location**:St-Laurent, Quebec
**Training**: 100% in-office for the first 2 months.
**Post-Training**: Hybrid schedule (1 day per week from home).

**Description**:
The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for supporting the process of non-compliant parts in inventory and ensuring the integrity of transactions in our ERP system. The role involves close collaboration with the purchasing, planning, and store departments to maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory reduction initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the process of identifying and managing non-compliant parts in inventory.
- Ensure the integrity of inventory transactions in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with purchasing, planning, and store departments to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Participate in inventory reduction initiatives.
- Monitor and report inventory discrepancies and work to resolve them.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in both **written and spoken French**:

- **2-4 years’ experience** in **inventory management.**:

- **Manufacturing experience** or manufacturing-related training
- Proven experience in **inventory management**:

- Proficient in **Outlook, Excel, and ERP systems**:

- Familiarity with inventory management and **ERP systems is a plus.**:

- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Thorough and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
