Office Secretary - Custom Lighting Company

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing and formatting quotations for clients
- Input data into the company system with accuracy and efficiency
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Support office staff with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Prior office/administrative experience is an asset
