We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Service Manager** to lead our service operations and drive business development initiatives. This role requires a skilled electrician who understands the technical aspects of the work while also possessing the expertise to identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. Your leadership will be crucial in standardizing processes and uncovering insights to enhance our service team's effectiveness.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Lead and Develop the Service Team**: Guide and support a team of technicians to ensure high-quality electrical services, while fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
- **Drive Business Development**: Actively seek new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand our service portfolio and enhance market presence.
- **Standardize Operations**: Develop and implement standardized procedures for service delivery, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the team.
- **Analyze and Optimize Performance**: Investigate service metrics, operational challenges, and costs to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency within the department.
- **Enhance Communication**: Foster open dialogue among technicians, clients, and vendors to promote collaboration and maintain strong working relationships.
- **Address Customer Concerns**: Proactively resolve client issues and gather feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction

**Job Requirements**:

- FSR-A / B certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the electrical service industry.
- In-depth understanding of electrical systems, codes, electrical operating permits, components, and installations.
- Outstanding leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
- A customer-focused individual with experience managing a trades-based service business and service technicians (an asset).
- Strong verbal and written communicator who conveys messages clearly and simply.
- Strong team player with a collaborative spirit, willing to support colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam and Accubid
- Valid driver’s license and clear abstract.

Pay: $110,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
