**Employment Type**: Full Time

**Shift**: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm

**Location**: Annacis Island, Delta, BC

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Supervise picking and packing of customer orders, to ensure quality and quantity shipped
- Optimizing fill rate with advance planning and rescheduling of orders if required
- Ensure compliance of mainstream customer requirement with minimum or zero fines
- Coordinate with logistics partners for inbound and outbound deliveries and follow up to ensure timely and accurately shipment to customer
- Prepare documents and complete all paper works relating to receiving and shipping of product and for head office reporting purposes
- Coordinate with contractors for labour and lumpers arrangement
- Maintain standard Ti Hi for products, product labelling with code date, proper shrink wrapping to ensure stability and strength of products
- Supervise put away to reserve locations and maintenance of pick locations
- Assist warehouse manage to maintain health and safety procedures
- Assist during customer audit and response to QA

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution and management
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ERP and continuous improvement processes
- Experience in logistics and warehouse operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
