Concord, Canada Bee Clean Building Maintenance Full time

**Duties**:
As a Working Supervisor, you will oversee and assist a team of 4 cleaners in various cleaning tasks during the evenings, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. You will also have assigned areas to clean and actively participate in all cleaning duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Order supplies and submit biweekly time sheets
- Train new employees and maintain effective communication with the client
- Coordinate tasks among team members to ensure efficiency and quality
- Manage employee absences and resolve team conflicts
- Check and maintain cleaning equipment for optimal performance
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including:

- **Mopping and Sweeping**: All hard floor surfaces in corridors, common areas, and gym facilities
- **Vacuuming**: Carpets in offices, cubicles, and meeting rooms
- **Washroom Cleaning**: Disinfecting toilets, sinks, and high-touch areas; replenishing supplies
- **Restocking**: Toiletries, paper products, and cleaning supplies in designated areas
- **Garbage Collection**: Emptying waste bins and ensuring proper disposal of recyclables
- **High Dusting**: Removing dust from light fixtures, vents, and elevated surfaces
- **Window Cleaning**: Cleaning interior windows and glass surfaces for clarity
- **Floor Maintenance**: Stripping, waxing, and buffing floors as needed
- **Special Projects**: Assisting with deep cleaning tasks and other projects as required

**Additional Information**:
Applicants must have reliable transportation due to limited public access to the site.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
