Job Title: Janitor

Reporting to: Building Supervisor

Location: Greater Toronto Area

General Duties:
Responsible for cleaning our two facilities, removing debris, and keeping areas neat and tidy. Successful applicant will be required to perform cleaning tasks like mopping, sweeping, trash disposal, etc. Your responsibility is to ensure that the facilities are well maintained and cleaned.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them
- Clean Windows
- Clean and supply restrooms
- Remove waste and empty trash from office areas
- Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies (supplies will be purchased by Lucid)
- Organize janitorial storage areas
- Notify Management about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance
- Contributes to team effort by taking on added tasks as required
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of all data
- Lead and maintain a safe, secure, enjoyable professional working environment
- Performs related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivating with a positive attitude
- Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve

Typical working conditions:

- Schedule will be 6 hours a day Monday - Saturday. Work will be at 2 locations. 4 hours at one location and 2 at the second location
- Manufacturing plant with continuous interaction on manufacturing floor where PPE is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
