Job Summary

Duties and Accountabilities
- Developing and implementing strategic recruiting plans.
- Ensuring a high level of recruiter accountability, in terms of recruiting activity and results.
- Coaching/counselling and development.
- Provide tactical direction on recruiting tactics and techniques, and resource allocation to assist with recruiter development and improve order fills.
- Through leadership, guidance, and coaching, improve average recruiter performance.
- Demonstrate leadership, coaching, and counselling abilities.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Maintain constructive working relationships with industry partners.
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experienced in all phases of productive recruiting with proven results in the quantified number of drivers in orientation class weekly.
- Assisting in keeping current all driver annual reviews, license, medical, and all renewals.

Required Education and Experience
- Experienced working knowledge of all D.O.T Regulations
- Minimum of 1 Years experience in recruitment
- Experienced in interviewing and hiring qualified Drivers.
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Normal working hours will be Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.
- Irregular working hours will occur from time to time due to operational requirements.
- Access to a reliable vehicle is required
