Northeastern Protection Service Inc. has been providing Security Solutions for over 40 years and currently has an opportunity available for a Site Security Supervisor. Are you confident Supervisor with leadership skills and training, who takes pride in your work and in the company that your represent? If you are an organized **supervisor** and **experienced security officer**, have a close look at this job posting. This is not just any supervisor position, It requires Management skills to direct and motivate a diverse staff on a very active site. As the lead Security officer on site, you would be responsible for performing all security functions as well as keeping up to date with the required Training in security and advanced first aid. You would also be responsible for the site security schedule for all of your team and perform site training for new staff. You would work closely with your area manager to provide top notch Security service at this site. and may be called upon to cover absences at similar site on occasion. All security staff must have a minimum of grade 12,but the Supervisor we prefer must have an aptitude and training as a Supervisor. Tactical train would also be require at the site. Uniform and Site training are provided. The typical shift for the site Supervisor are Monday to Friday days, but Must be flexible to cover open shifts any time of the week, days or nights, as needed. Pay: $21.15 per hour
