**Position: Full-Time Maintenance & Handyman Worker**

**Location**: Montreal

**Vehicle Required (pickup truck or van is a plus)**

We are currently seeking a **full-time maintenance worker** to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, hands-on, and capable of performing a wide range of basic maintenance and handyman tasks across multiple residential buildings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General building maintenance and repairs
- Basic handyman tasks (e.g., patching, painting, minor fixes)
- Cleaning of common areas and around buildings
- Handling garbage and recycling bins (placement for pickup and return)
- Responding to minor tenant requests or on-site needs
- Occasional moving, lifting, or cleanup after work is completed

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (pickup truck or van is a plus)
- Experience in general maintenance or building upkeep
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Comfortable with physical tasks and outdoor work

**Schedule**: Full-time (Monday-Friday), occasional weekends if needed
