**:
The welcoming Bois-de-Boulogne residence is looking for a maintenance attendant. Reporting to the maintenance director, the maintenance attendant's responsibilities include completing renovations and ensuring cleanliness within the facility.

Full-time daytime position, every other weekend.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintenance of common areas
- all other related tasks

**Construction**:

- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Make service calls
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
- CPR training (asset)
