You are a Champion of Change; you will help motivate the team to increase sales, minimize bad debt and adapt to the ever-changing regulatory environment. You have a strong sense of curiosity and have a passion for learning; you are proactive and look for ways to be more efficient in your day-to-day work. Your attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will ensure that the day-to-day operations of the store run smoothly. An interest in travel would be considered an asset as from time to time support in other stores in the network is needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Building customer relationships while providing exceptional customer service
- Collecting on delinquent accounts in the interest of minimizing bad debt
- Aiding in loan sales, cheque cashing, and in-store promotions
- Handling and balancing daily cash and debit transactions
- Performing all daily operations of the store

**Requirements**:

- Valid Government Issued Photo ID
- Clean Criminal Record
- High School Diploma or Equivalent

**Wage**
- Salary commensurate with experience

**Job Type**: Part-time
