We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team for our Duncan location._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Reporting to the Store Supervisor, this position will be responsible for:_
- _Creating and sending all invoices & quotes to 3rd party funding agencies_
- _Processing, organizing and managing rental requests_
- _Ordering and requisitioning product for orders_
- _Customer Service including answering phones, responding to client inquiries and dispatching phone calls to appropriate parties_
- _Completing bank deposits & completing day-end procedures_
- _Completing warranty claims with suppliers_
- _Monthly invoicing to 3rd party funding agencies_
- _Adhering to Island Mediquip’ s procedures to allow for a safe work environment._
- **Required Skills**_
- _Strong communication skills in fluent English (both verbal and written)._
- _Experience in healthcare and/or medical equipment would be an asset_
- _Computer skills - must be comfortable with MS Office Suite._
- _Strong organizational and filing skills_
- _Detailed oriented._
- _Must have a friendly, positive attitude and have the ability to have fun while working in a fast-paced environment._

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
