Customer Service Representative

**Brief job description**
A collision estimator works with customers that need their vehicles repaired after an accident. They create repair orders or estimates to determine the costs of the repairs. An estimator works with the insurance companies, parts suppliers, and technicians to return customer vehicles to their pre
- accident condition.
**a. Do you pick up new computer programs quickly?** An Estimator job is primarily building repair plans on the computer using multiple software programs.
**b. Do you have a valid driver’s license?** We offer rides home or pickup for our customers (following covid protocols for this)
**c. Are you quick learner?** We don’t expect you to have knowledge in this field. The hope is through experience with our company you will grow to understand the business. Do you think this is something you are interested in learning and investing time in?
**d. This is a fast-paced business and has moments of intensity, are you ok with stressful situations.**
**e. Are you a team player?** We want someone that likes to be busy and finds things to do, sees the need to help when other staff members are busy.
**f. Do you have experience with Customer service?** Our customers are sometimes distraught because they have been in an accident. Our job is to make them feel better and to let them know we will take care of their concerns. We pride ourselves on our customer service and our google reviews reflect this.
