DH Warehousing & Fulfillment is a self-run warehousing company specializing in overseas warehouses in Canada. DH headquartered in Toronto with regional offices in Vancouver and Calgary, providing professional services to customers throughout Canada.

Our company has 16 years of service experience, mainly providing one-stop service for cross-border e-commerce sellers, integrating professional overseas warehouse service, customs clearance service, logistics warehousing service and truck transportation service in North America, and guaranteeing to provide customers with 24-hour service throughout Canada.

Our 70,000 sqft overseas warehouse distribution centers have been established in Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal and Calgary, located in all major ports and commercial logistics centers in Canada, effectively saving your local logistics costs and delivery cycle.

This position is performed in Edmonton warehouse but oversees the daily activity of shipping and receiving specialists, warehouse workers, and inventory clerks, ensuring that all products are delivered to designated customers timely, accurately.

This position also requires communicating with the sales & operation team in advance according to the volume of incoming shipments to ensure sufficient storage capacity.

- **Main Duty**:_
- Ensuring shipments are delivered timely, accurately
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Collaborate warehouse teams and third-party trucking companies to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor & analyze future warehouse demand and warehouse capacity
- Ensuring a safety working environment in the warehouse
- Recruiting and training new hires, scheduling shifts and incoming/outgoing shipments
- Build and maintain a positive warehouse team including truck drivers, warehouse workers, and operators etc.
- **Qualification**:_
- Post Secondary education
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as warehouse manager/supervisor
- Forklift license is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel
- Professional maturity and demonstrated ability to take initiative and follow instructions
- Proactive, collaborative, and demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills

Monday-Friday: 9:00-17:30

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
