Warehouse Manager

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping & receiving activities.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee the operation of heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, reach trucks, and order pickers.
- Implement and maintain effective warehouse management systems (WMS) to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate packaging, loading, and unloading of products to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and order picking activities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role within the manufacturing or distribution industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 software is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical demands of the job effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment processes.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams effectively.
Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
