**Specific Accountabilities**:

- Create a positive teaching and learning environment;
- Prepare and/or update lesson plans;
- Provide innovative course instruction that uses a variety of teaching and assessment methodologies that are in accordance with curriculum standards and direction of the College.
- Prepare, administer, and grade student assessments including detailed feedback;
- Monitor student performance, maintain progress reports and facilitate student success;
- Communicate with students in a timely manner;
- Follow the Academic Calendar and the policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:
You will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business setting, preferably at a management level with progressive experience and responsibility.

For all positions, applicants will be excellent communicators with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to a diverse student population. Applicants should possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff and be a cooperative team player who operates under a student-centered philosophy.
