review/audit and input into CS Explorer of mineral crown and freehold leases as well as related obligations.
Duties also include ensuring that the day-to-day land records and land system is accurate and current as it relates
to Land Contracts and Unit Agreements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring of area offset obligations
- Creation, review and approval of AFE’s and RTD’s (request to drill)
- Review of third party NOA’s and Assignments
- Handling contract queries from accounting and other internal and external parties
- Preparation, review and audit of contracts, mineral and unit files in order to verify working and royalty

interests
- Draft, review and comment on new Agreements in conjunction with Area Negotiators.
- Issue, review, and process Notices and conveyancing
- Assist with corporate and/or asset acquisitions and divestitures

**Qualifications**:

- Mineral Land Administration experience in Alberta, Saskatchewan is essential and exposure to Manitoba

is an asset
- Experience with contract administration is preferred
- High level of knowledge of crown leasing and obligations
- Knowledge of Provincial rules and regulations as they relate to mineral lands and well operations
- Acute attention to detail while maintaining a high level of efficiency
- Proficiency in use of CS Explorer, Geoscout, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Willingness to learn new processes and procedures and be adaptable to change
- Exceptional relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders and the ability to

work collaboratively within a team environment
