Position Available: Full Stack Web Developer (PHP/Drupal)
Location: Vancouver, BC
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders, working with manufacturers and internal teams to resolve any delays or issues.
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Monitor production progress, quality standards, and inventory levels to meet customer demand and company goals.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers and vendors to track order status and ensure on-time delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Maintain detailed records of production schedules, supplier communications, and quality assurance checks.
- Identify and address potential bottlenecks or challenges in the production process, recommending solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
- Assist with forecasting and planning based on sales trends and inventory data.
- Support the Product Development team in executing new product launches, ensuring production timelines are met.
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in furniture manufacturing, retail, or a related industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of production workflows and supply chain processes, with a strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances quickly.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software is an asset.
- A passion for design and craftsmanship is a plus
