Overview

We are a large-scaled stone supplier located in Canada. As an Sales Representative at our Toronto branch, you will be in charge of our sales strategy and client relationships, making sure we sell and promote our products in the GTA. Your role includes finding new customers, keeping current ones, and understanding their needs to meet both their short
- and long-term goals, ensuring we deliver the best service.

To succeed in this role, you will work across **3S (Sales, Service and Strategy)**:
**Sales**:

- Learn and stay updated on our products to share with customers.
- Sell our products and services to existing and potential clients in areas like home improvement, remodeling, cabinet makers, builders, and fabricators.
- Be responsible for the sales in your assigned region.

**Service**:

- Make sure clients have the right marketing tools, like samples, brochures, and display materials, to support their sales.
- Manage client relationships by solving problems, setting them up in our sales system, providing price quotes, scheduling visits, and more.
- Grow market presence by increasing the number of displays and marketing materials in your area.

**Strategy**:

- Create action plans to target specific clients and set goals for how many contacts to make.
- Work with our corporate and local staff, as well as sales representatives, to achieve objectives.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Sales Team to implement business strategies for all customer types (home centers, kitchen and bath, fabricators, etc.).

**Requirements to succeed in this job**:

- **Mandarin REQUIRED.**:

- Experience in sales, retail, customer support or related field desired.
- 1+ years of experience in North America.
- Qualified to work in Canada.
- Bachelor’s degree desired.
- Valid Driver's License.

**Compensation**
- Base + Personal Bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
