**Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities for the full-time International Liaison Officer will be wide in scope and will include many different tasks and responsibilities. Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Resolve conflict situations
- Monitor and evaluate
- Co-ordinate administrative services
- Coordinate cultural events at the school
- Assist students in preparing for the Chinese Language Equivalency Assessment and administer exams
- Coordinate educational trips for Chinese language and cultural studies
- Arrange visits by teachers from our sister school in China
- Organize summer exchange programs
- Develop the school's collaborations in China that are of benefit to the Chinese language and cultural program at school
**Skills**:
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle highly confidential information
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to make sound judgement and decisions
- Proven attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively independently or in teams giving and taking direction
- Self-starter who is able to set priorities and meet deadlines
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
