**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing of Director to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. The Marketing Director will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales across multiple channels. This role requires a creative thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, a passion for storytelling, and a proven track record of success in marketing within the hospitality or food industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and promotions that align with business objectives.

4. Oversee the creation of engaging content across various platforms, including blog posts, videos, and social media posts.

5. Analyze marketing metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

6. Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

7. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the hospitality or food industry.

3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

6. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.

7. Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

8. Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
