Join Our Growing Hospitality Team We’re looking for an experienced, driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth and elevate brand presence across our hotel portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who understands hospitality inside and out, enjoys building strong client relationships, and knows how to turn strategy into results. The Role As Director of Sales & Marketing, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing sales strategies that drive occupancy, grow group business, and strengthen market share. You’ll lead daily sales efforts, oversee a small internal team and third‑party partners, and work closely with hotel leadership to ensure our properties perform at their best. You’ll also be a visible ambassador for our brands—connecting with clients, partners, and the community to build lasting relationships and new opportunities. What You'll Be Doing: Lead and execute day-to-day sales activities across all properties Coach and support colleagues so they have the tools and confidence to hit revenue goals Foster a collaborative, “one-team” approach across departments Build strong working relationships with guests, vendors, and external partners Develop and execute sales strategies that increase occupancy, ADR, and group business Contribute to annual budgets and overall marketing and business plans Track performance against KPIs and produce forecasts and monthly sales reports Plan and lead sales blitzes, promotions, and special events Represent the hotels at trade shows and key industry events Guest & Client Experience Cultivate and manage key client accounts to drive repeat and referral business Coordinate group bookings, conventions, and VIP stays with hotel teams Communicate special requirements to ensure seamless guest experiences Lead upsell and “Make Your Stay” initiatives that add value for guests Marketing & Brand Visibility Identify opportunities to strengthen marketing efforts and improve overall performance Lead digital marketing, advertising, and local promotional campaigns Oversee social media strategy for each hotel Build brand presence through community involvement and partnerships General Support Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity Pitch in on cross‑functional projects when needed—we’re a team that helps each other out What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field 3–5 years of progressive sales and marketing experience in hospitality Director of Sales – IHG certification (preferred) Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Experience with hotel sales systems and CRMs (Delphi, HotelKey, SynXis) Comfortable working with data, forecasts, and reporting tools What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance‑based incentives A supportive, values‑driven team environment The opportunity to grow with a hospitality group that’s going places How to Apply Ready to take the lead and make an impact?
