**Bilingual Project Controller (English & French)**

**Location**:Montreal, Quebec
**Schedule**: HYBRID (2 days in office)

**Description**
Work with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure proper progress and financial tracking and reporting of the projects and programs.
Manage and maintain project tracking systems, documentation, change requests, and on-line collaboration spaces.
Prepare management indicators, progress reviews and documentation relating to the monitoring of the project Track project finance and analyze information to define problems and formulate recommendations to Project Management Team.

**Responsibilities**
- Support team on Services and Delivery: planning, deadlines, manages and/or supports the processing of invoices and credit memos
- Receives from Customers/GL priorities and ensures planning is aligned with priorities.
- Communicates regularly with customers and key personnel (internal and external to customer service) to obtain critical information to support customer requirements and needs
- Supporting with correction of charge codes
- Perform project initialization
- Perform administrative duties and associated paperwork.
- Perform monthly financial analysis and support project review cycles.
- Update information in databases according to the plan/revised plan
- Participates and supports special projects related to improvement initiatives.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s in administration or finance with 2 to 5 years of experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum experience in a Project Management Office.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, diplomatic skills.
- Good communication skills (written and spoken)
- **Bilingual French and English**:

- Ability to manage one's time with multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Autonomous, ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimum guidance and supervision.
