**Qualifications**:

- Must be willing to work a variety of shifts: days, evenings, weekends and holidays (April to October).
- Must have a willingness to learn; an openness to feedback, coaching and mentorship.
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
- Golf course experience and knowledge is not required but considered an asset.
- Retail experience is considered and asset.
- Smart Choices required.
- Exceptional multitasking skills while working under pressure and time constraints.
- Must be willing to work well in a team environment in multiple departments.
- Excellent customer service standards required.
- Must have reliable transportation and driver’s licence.

**Server Responsibilities Include**:

- Maintain exceptional customer service.
- Take and confirm restaurant orders, relay orders to kitchen or bar staff.
- Knowledge of POS system, menu and inventory.
- Serve food and/or alcohol.
- Request proof of age to young looking guests.
- Follow all LGCA rules and regulations regarding liquor service.
- Bus, clean and reset tables.
- Clean workstations, dining areas and washrooms.
- Assist back of house when not busy, i.e., wash dishes, prep food.
- Set up and execute events and tournaments.
- Answer phone calls.
- Restock workstation and take inventory.
- Prepare and process payments.
- Cleaning duties including sweeping, vacuuming and washing floors.

**Beverage Cart Responsibilities Include**:

- Provide exceptional on course customer service.
- Swift and efficient service to guests as to not slow down play on the golf course.
- Always maintain a clean and orderly beverage cart.
- Prepare an assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the cart.
- Prepare and serve various snacks.
- Request proof of age to young looking guests.
- Follow all LGCA rules and regulations regarding liquor service.
- Inspect cart to see that maintenance problems are reported and promptly corrected.
- Project yourself in a positive and professional manner with guests and co-workers.
- Keep beverage cart and beverage cart work area clean and properly stocked.
- Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds for 25 yards.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management Team.
- Work as a team player with co-workers and in conjunction with other departments.

**Golf Shop Responsibilities**:

- Always treat guests in a courteous, respectful and friendly manner.
- Maintain a positive and aesthetically pleasing environment.
- Provide fast and efficient service, anticipating guest’s needs.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness is maintained throughout the facility, including golf shop and reception counter.
- Attend to guests needs as they pertain to retail and golf.
- Answer phone inquires in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Book tee-times.
- Act as a liaison with restaurant, maintenance and starter/marshal departments.
- Facilitate club repairs and golf lesson bookings.
- Monitor and attend to guest area of the driving range.
- Perform opening and closing cash procedures efficiently and with accuracy.
- Collect and organize league play data.
- Manage power cart usage.
- Wash, park and stage power carts.
- Assist management with other duties assigned.
