**Maintenance Team Member**

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Available to work the golf season (April - October).
- Early morning, weekend and holiday availability.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Must be self motivated and organized.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Communicates in a polite and friendly manner with team members and guests.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Must have reliable transportation. No bus service available.
- Golf experience an asset but NOT required.
- Landscaping experience considered an asset but NOT required.

**Maintenance Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming trees, raking bunkers, watering changing pins, weed eating.
- Operate mowing equipment.
- Demonstrates knowledge and safety while using equipment.
- Perform course set up for daily play and tournaments by coordinating efforts with the golf course management team.
- Wash, gas and stage golf carts for daily use.
- Pick up driving range, clean and stock range balls.
- Adhere to the safety standards of the Course and Grounds Department.
- Perform other related duties as directed by the Golf Course Superintendent or Management Team.
