We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional knowledge of upscale wines
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Upselling: Ability to recommend additional menu items or upgrades to enhance the guest experience.
- Time Management: Efficiently handle multiple tasks while prioritizing customer needs.
- Food Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and menu variations.
- Hospitality: Warm and welcoming demeanor with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
- Cashiering: Proficiency in handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Food Safety: Understanding of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests, address concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Restaurant Experience: At least five year experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting is required.
- POS System: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Guest Services: Ability to anticipate guest needs, provide recommendations, and create memorable experiences.
- Language: Must be proficient in both English and French.

**Salary**: From $12.20 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
