**Overview** **Duties** - Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Communicate effectively with customers, both in person and over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. - Assist customers with the on-site laundry facilities. - Keep up with the demands of Wash-Dry-Fold Services for Customers requesting "Valet" Laundry. - Perform data entry tasks using our CleanSuite program for our Dry Cleaning Customers to maintain up-to-date customer records and transactions. Also the use of a POS Machine (Training is provided for both) - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a welcoming environment. This job schedule run's on a two-week rotation, Week 1 you will work 3 Week Days (9am to 6pm) Week 2 you will work 2 Week Days (9am-6pm) Plus Saturday and Sunday (9am to 5pm) **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $15.70 per hour Expected hours: 24 - 37 per week **Benefits**: - On-site parking Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-08-05
