**Role: Executive Housekeeper**

We are seeking an experienced and highly engaged executive housekeeper to join our growing team in this soon to open, dual-branded Hilton hotel in Kingston.

**Responsibilities**:

- Motivating, coaching and developing team members to provide exceptional services to our guests.
- Maintaining supply and equipment inventories while monitoring expenditure and cost controls.
- Effectively recruit, train and coach associates
- Successfully balance the needs and requirements of a dual property

**Requirements**:

- Have a solid track record of organizing and maintaining successful hotel housekeeping and laundry operations
- Must be familiar with effective schedule practices, maximizing the tools and resources that are made available
- Excellent housekeeping & laundry skills and knowledge of cleaning and maintaining new case goods surfaces and care of fine items.
- Demonstrated pride and enthusiasm to fulfill requirements.
- Must be gracious and able to handle difficult situations in a professional, calm, solution minded manner.
- Must have a current legal working status in Canada.
- Have previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper for a similar volume property.
- Strong ability to multi-task with excellent time management.
- A self-starter that can work effectively without constant supervision.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail.
- Must always exercise complete discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Be able to anticipate and proactively prepare and execute guest needs.
- Must be solution oriented, able to think outside the box, have demonstrated ownership and accountability and be team oriented.
- Must have solid comfort and experience working in roles that have evolved continuously in terms to scope, scale, duties and responsibilities.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

- Kingston, ON K7M 9E3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
