**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver an exceptional customer service for an utmost retail experience to our guests
- Interact with and understand our customers, including identifying and meeting their requirements through friendly and transparent communication
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including offering quality beverages, cash handling, and store safety and security
- Manage the order lines, including counter orders and online delivery orders
- Learn and explain all menu items, new promotions, and seasonal menu items
- Learn and execute all menu items including tea, milk tea, slush, and other specialty drinks
- Prepare drink toppings such as tapioca, grass jelly, fresh fruit chunks, and so on, while maintaining proper ingredient levels and, refilling and refreshing as needed.
- Complete housekeeping tasks including, but not limited to machinery and equipment washing, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, dishwashing and taking out the garbage.
- Learn and execute the opening and closing of the store according to PRESOTEA standards and guidelines

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Fluent in English, any other language a plus
- Effective communicator with excellent people skills and the ability to create a pleasant and inclusive work environment
- Possess a sound judgement and problem-solve with autonomy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Ability to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Ability to accurately count cash and coin when working at the cash register

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
