Job Details
- **Position**: Pizzaiolo (Pizza Maker)
- **Schedule**: 3 days/week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- **Location**: La Brezza Ristorante
- **Job Type**: Part-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Prep, portion, and manage pizza dough for daily service.
- Cook authentic pizzas in a traditional wood-fired oven.
- Operate pizza oven efficiently and safely.
- Assist with kitchen preparation and cleaning tasks.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with wood-fired pizza ovens and dough preparation preferred.
- Ability to work fast and stay organized during busy periods.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality.
- Must be available all three days (Fri/Sat/Sun).

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage (specify if possible).
