Responsibilities

  • Baking and ensuring quality of the bagels
  • Making, producing and forming dough for the bagels
  • Keeping work area clean

Qualifications

  • Self motivated with a drive to learn
  • able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • able to withstand heat as it is a wood fire oven
  • willingness to work numerous different shifts
