**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
- Communicate effectively and pro-actively with internal team, clients, and industry contacts.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, pre-award meetings, site meetings as required as the main company representative.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously (ranging from $200K - $5MM) from award stage to construction completion.
- Develop and complete all required pre-planning activities including execution plans, schedules, safety plans, quality plans, progress reporting, manpower/ equipment resource plan.
- Develop and manage schedules in cooperation with project leads for submission to the client.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is an asset.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management is required.
- Strong knowledge of Alberta's regulatory and safety requirements in construction.
- Experience in heavy civil construction is required.
- Experience with underground water and sewer is an asset.
- Experience with geosynthetics is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to lead project meetings and navigate boardroom conversations with project stakeholders is key.
- Experience with **Bid2Win** software is an asset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Projects.
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- civil earthworks: 3 years (preferred)
- underground water and sewer: 3 years (preferred)
- Project Manager: 3 years (required)
- Construction Project Manager: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Clean class 5 drivers license (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
