**Duties**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Promote sales by offering product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

**Skills**:

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and calls
- Ability to sell products by understanding customer needs and providing recommendations
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or change
- Experience with cashiering and operating point-of-sale systems
- Proven sales abilities to meet or exceed sales targets
- Multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer base
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and accuracy in transactions
- Technical sales knowledge to assist customers with product selection

**Salary**: $64,048.00-$68,059.00 per year
