**B2B Sales Business Analyst, **you will support program improvements and decision-making surrounding the growth of Article’s B2B/Trade program.

As part of the Sales team, you will be instrumental in the development of our B2B program over the next three years, working closely with key stakeholders to analyze opportunities and support initiatives that drive Article’s top-line revenue.

We are looking for someone based in Vancouver, but we are a hybrid team, which means this role is flexible on how often you come into the office and we will set you up with any gear you need to do your best work (think laptops, monitors, etc.).

**What You'll Do**:

- Work closely with B2B Sales leadership to build custom reporting and dashboards to track business KPIs, program improvements, and new initiatives. Analyze performance to make meaningful recommendations for the business growth and direction to key organization stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze data on sales tactic performance and identify potential issues or opportunities using multiple systems and platforms.
- Assist the B2B Team in documenting SOPs, reporting summaries, CRM workflow mapping, and other critical department documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional team leads to build out and optimize all current B2B reporting tools (FreshSales, Periscope, Sheets, etc.). Document and recommend new tooling requirements as needed.
- Ensure best practices in metrics and decision-making are being maintained by the B2B Team.
- Conduct trend analysis internally and externally to aid in the development of competitive advantage amongst B2B customers.
- Own the B2B project pipeline, prioritizing incoming requests from key stakeholders and proactively identifying new opportunities.
- Work closely with B2B Sales leadership to develop business cases for new sales initiatives (in-team tactics, investment proposals, etc.), manage initiative implementation, and measure and report on initiative success.
- Lead insight sessions with key stakeholders to maximize research findings.
- Utilize data to surface new business ideas, systems, and improvement initiatives for the B2B team and B2B program members.
- Lead the launch of new sales program initiatives to drive top-line revenue growth.

**Who You Are**:

- 2-3+ years experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role
- Previous knowledge of furniture B2B/Trade programs is an asset
- Intermediate SQL ability to develop and solve complex data queries
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated ability to visualize and interpret data results clearly for non-technical users
- Demonstrated ability to communicate insights in a digestible format to stakeholders in multiple areas of the business
- Strategic and analytical thinker, with a solutions-based mindset. Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong business acumen, coupled with strategic analysis experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to grow Article’s B2B program and drive top-line growth
- Resourceful - you are an expert in taking the (at times imperfect) data and tools given and producing meaningful insights
- Ability to manage competing priorities and requests from various stakeholders while meeting deadlines
- Strong desire to build relationships both in-team and cross-departmentally to advocate for B2B across the organization
