With over 40 years in the industry, our close client partnerships, excellent customer service, and understanding the need to deliver efficient and innovative services keep us at the forefront of the industry.
Curtis Carpets is looking to fill one installation coordinator position immediately.
Key Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule flooring installations with builders, home owners and flooring installers.
- Prepare, organize and distribute work orders and paperwork to installers to complete the required work.
- Communicate with sales and warehouse staff on material pick-up, installation and installation completion dates.
- Review completed installations to ensure required paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Review completed jobs and send to invoicing department to bill the customer.

Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma
- Ability to work well with others in a team setting
- Strong phone & computer skills - Microsoft Office, Pacific Solutions
- Clear communicator with good customer service skills
- Organized
- Able to work under pressure
**Salary**: From $32,000.00 per year
