**Position Details**:

- Position: Supervisor
- Site: 545 Sherbourne Street
- City: Toronto, ON
- Job Type: Full time, Permanent
- Hours: Weekdays
- Pay Rate: $19.00 to 20.00/hr.

**Required Experience**:

- Completion of Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent;
- Completion of a “Supervisor Training Program” upon assignment to the account;
- Two (2) years working in a security environment, in positions of increasing responsibility.
- One (1) year of security/concierge supervisory experience in Residential properties, ideally at a Property or Property of complex scope (i.e. large facility)
- Past experience in managing a security team in a condominium setting
- Meticulous record keeping, report writing and observation skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional judgment, common sense and decision-making ability
- Ability to operate security equipment/systems, camera recording systems, computers and radios
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Willing to take courses as required by KOG and or clients
- Excellent Customer Service abilities
- Must be able to walking, standing, patrolling
- Eligibility to work full-time, legally in Canada without restrictions (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Work Permit only)

**Mandatory Qualifications**:

- Must hold a valid Ontario Security License
- First Aid CPR-C required

**Job Duties**:

- Assists residents and visitors in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up, as necessary.
- Provides services requested by making arrangements and bookings for condominium amenities, elevators, and parking permits.
- Ability monitor CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, & Monitoring alarms
- Monitoring alarms to ensure follow up is completed.
- Enforce client’s rules, regulations, Provincial statutes, and Municipal by-laws.
- Perform routine property patrols and respond to Fire Alarms.
- Patrol to ensure that fire extinguishers and hoses are accessible and fully charged.
- True desire to satisfy the needs of resident’s queries in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Follow up with daily documentation in your memo book notes and incident reports as required.
- Facilitating access of vehicles and pedestrians at fixed posts
- Obtaining statements and collecting information for Incident Reports Performing Customer Service-related functions
