Tactical/residential Site Supervisor Residential Tower

iGuard360° delivers professional security with a tactical, residential focus, protecting people, property, and brand reputation across high-rise communities and mixed-use sites. We’re hiring a **Tactical/Residential Site Supervisor** to lead front-line security and residential operations.

In this role, you’ll set the tone for **command presence** on site: directing access control and lobby operations, leading **patrol-driven coverage** of high-risk areas, and coordinating **incident response** (CCTV review, alarms, medicals, disturbances) in line with post orders and the **Trespass to Property Act**. You’ll coach and schedule the guard/concierge team, enforce uniform and report-writing standards, liaise with **Property Management** and residents, and ensure a professional, welcoming environment while maintaining firm, fair enforcement of building rules and security protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Direct access control and lobby/front-desk operations; prevent tailgating/piggybacking.
- Lead patrol-driven coverage of high-risk areas (garages, stairwells, rooftops, docks).
- Coordinate incident response (CCTV review, alarms, medicals, disturbances) in line with post orders and the Trespass to Property Act (Ontario).
- Coach, mentor, and schedule the guard/concierge team; conduct briefings and pass-ons.
- Enforce uniform standards, radio etiquette, documentation quality, and escalation protocols.
- Liaise with Property Management, residents, and vendors; maintain a welcoming but firm environment.
- Produce accurate daily/incident reports, preserve evidence, and support investigations.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (required)
- First Aid/CPR Level C (required or willing to obtain promptly)
- 2-3+ years in residential/condo or tactical security, with lead or supervisory experience
- Strong de-escalation, situational awareness, and decision-making under pressure
- Excellent written/verbal communication; high integrity and professionalism
- Comfortable with CCTV/VMS, access control, alarm panels, and MS Office/reporting tools
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods; work indoor/outdoor posts and rotating shifts

**Education/Experience**:

- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Use of Force, Tactical Communications
- Police Foundations / Law & Security studies (completed or in progress)
- Ontario G driver’s licence and reliable transportation

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
