**Position Summary**

We are currently seeking experienced, qualified Security Supervisors for luxury condominiums in Toronto. If you have over two years of residential security supervisory experience, we want to hear from you

Reporting directly to the Account Manager, the Security Supervisor is responsible for managing security guards, as well as overseeing call response and day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws, procedures, and position directives.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Supervise and manage security guards.
- Perform regular Surveillance Audits and compile reports in a timely manner
- Coordinate, assign, review, and report on staff work performance.
- Assist Management in entering resident data (Condo Control Central)
- Maintain a positive, productive work environment through teamwork
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Visitor management, parcel & key management
- Implement and maintain company policy, post orders, and contract obligations
- Maintain a presence to ensure the safety and security of all people on site
- Ensure all security systems are working properly
- Respond to various types of emergencies (fire alarms/elevator entrapments/medical emergencies)
- Backfill all unplanned absences, no-shows, and emergency coverage
- Deter and respond to incidents on the property
- Assist with recruiting new staff members and providing onboarding training and support
- Enforce property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws
- Additional duties as required.

**Site Supervisor Requirements**:

- Valid Ontario Security Licence
- Minimum 2 years of security supervisory experience
- Able to provide excellent customer service
- Reliable, good work ethics
- Excellent communication skills (English - written and verbal)
- Team player - positive, honest and motivated
- Lead by example
- Start Date: As soon as possible

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
