Kelowna & District SHARE Society is an inclusive workplace that has been in operation in the community since 1980. It receives donations from a generous community to give away to those in need and to sell in our thrift store. Proceeds from the thrift store go towards the delivery of our various in-house programs, all of which are focused on addressing the needs of those in our community who are experiencing economic distress.

This position reports to the Executive Director.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensure programs are delivered to the community in a way that is consistent with the goals of the organization
- Maintain statistics and creating monthly reports for the ED
- Participate in the development and evaluation of programs
- Work with various agencies in providing the retail skills program to their clients
- Network in the community, as required

- Proficient with Microsoft Office,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Some Post-Secondary education in a related field or experience in a similar environment;
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a continuously changing environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kelowna, BC V1Y 7E6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
