**A Day in the Life of a Site Supervisor**

As a Site Supervisor at First Onsite, you will play a crucial role in coordinating activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure smooth operations and successful health care project completions at our client sites, including world-leading hospitals, universities, and medical facilities. Your daily responsibilities will include keeping construction staff, projects, and related processes running smoothly, optimizing staff efficiency, and completing projects within acceptable levels. You will ensure that the goals and needs of the Construction Department and First Onsite are met and exceeded. You will take direction from the Operations Manager and lead by a positive example.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of construction management experience managing healthcare and institutional projects
- FULL Driver's License with a clean abstract in the province of Ontario
- Clean Criminal Record
- Expertise in hospital protocols and Canadian building codes for commercial, multi-unit, and large-scale projects
- Strong client service skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills - proficiency in English and French is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to work overtime when required during emergency events
- Participation in an on-call schedule is required
