**About Us**
Embros is a fast-growing custom embroidery and apparel production company serving local businesses, schools, brands, and events across the Niagara Region and GTA. We specialize in high-quality embroidery, screen printing, and DTF printing — and we’re looking for a skilled machine operator to join our team and help us keep our machines running smoothly.

**Position Overview**

*note* our machines our older, so experience on older machines helps, but we will train on our specific machines.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate Barudan and/or Tajima multi-head embroidery machines
- Load and hoop garments accurately and efficiently
- Monitor thread tension, trims, and registration during production
- Perform routine machine maintenance and minor troubleshooting
- Read and interpret production sheets and run lists
- Ensure high quality control standards for every job
- Keep the embroidery area organized and clean
- Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production goals

**Qualifications**
- **Experience required** operating Barudan and/or Tajima embroidery machines
- Knowledge of embroidery threads, backings, and hooping techniques
- Ability to thread, tension, and troubleshoot machines independently
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn and grow with the company

**Bonus Skills (Not Required)**
- Digitizing experience (Hatch, Wilcom, or similar)
- General garment decoration knowledge (DTF, screen printing, vinyl, etc.)
- Basic maintenance knowledge for industrial embroidery machines
