West Coast Lawns & Gardens (WCLG) is looking for a **Customer Service Representative & Office Administrator** to be the friendly, professional voice of our company

**About the Role**:
As our **Phone CSR & Office Administrator**, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers. Your job will be to provide **outstanding customer service**, handle incoming inquiries, book sales, and support our office operations. While experience in landscaping or gardening is a bonus, it’s not required—what matters most is your ability to communicate patiently and effectively, stay organized, and help us bring new clients into the business.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Customer Service & Sales Support**:

- Provide customers with basic information about our services and schedule appointments
- Follow up on leads and keep our CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) updated
- Assist with invoicing, contracts, and other sales-related tasks
- Potential to earn commissions on every call by closing the deal on the phone, or setting up an estimator for success on site

**Office & Admin Support**:

- Keep things running smoothly by organizing schedules, files, and paperwork
- Support the team with data entry, reports, and customer follow-ups
- Communicate with the field team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Help maintain a positive and efficient office environment

- **Phone skills** - You’re confident, friendly, and clear when speaking with customers
- **Highly organized & detail-oriented** - You can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
- **Team player** - You work well with others and bring a positive attitude.
- **Interest in landscaping/gardening (a plus, but not required)** - If you have some knowledge of plants and outdoor spaces, great If not, we’ll teach you.
