**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency in administrative processes.
- Manage budgeting tasks, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Supervise office staff and provide guidance to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence.
- Handle payroll processing and assist with human resources functions as needed.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and inquiries.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting.
- Support team management by coordinating schedules, meetings, and office events.

**Skills**
- Strong budgeting skills with an understanding of financial management principles.
- Proven experience in team management and supervising staff effectively.
- Proficient in clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and human resources practices is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in an office environment while multitasking effectively.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.

Pay: $20.07-$29.08 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
